We want you to be completely satisfied with your Natasha Denona purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on products in new or gently used condition. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and certain promotional items may be final sale.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be sent to your email; please print it and attach it securely to your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
